past several years on the internet, I've had my share of success with
marketing ebooks, affiliate programs, Clickbank, Pay-Per-Click, etc...

But eventually I hit a wall...

The internet-marketing world was becoming so saturated and every new
thing I tried, F-A-I-L-E-D!

I was burned out. Exhausted. Kinda fed up with the whole
internet-marketing-PPC-affiliate scene.

So I took a break.

Then some time ago I was checking out a marketing forum that mentioned
"OFFLINE Marketing."

It hit me right between the eyes...

I then looked into every site, thread, blog, course, and webinar I
could find on it.

In fact, for several weeks, it was all I could think about!

In a nut shell, it simply boils down to offering ONLINE tools to local
OFFLINE (Brick & Mortar) businesses.

Makes sense, right?

You know, stuff like websites, SEO, video, e-mail capture forms, Google
Local Maps, PPC, auto-responders, social media marketing like Facebook,
Twitter, WordPress, and more.

In short, you become an "Offline Marketing Consultant."

And from the looks of it, the 'OFFLINE Market' appeared to be
wide-open, if... IF... and I mean IF you knew how to first get clients
-- which seemed like the biggest OBSTACLE for many.

Some did cold-calling, others used email, several sent out letters, a
few attended local business groups, and some pounded the pavement.

But most found it intimidating, including myself.

As much as I liked this whole 'offline marketing' thing, there were a
couple of areas that concerned me...

For one, I sucked at face-to-face selling.

It was certainly not one of my strong points (although I was an avid
student of 'marketing strategies.')

Plus, I'd gotten kind of lazy and spoiled from doing everything online.

Yet, I was still intrigued about the concept of 'OFFLINE-Marketing,' so
I tried to think of different ways to apply it.

After mulling over several ideas, I did some more research online and
experimented with a few things each day for months on end.

Not everything I attempted bore fruit, but eventually through trial and
error, I found some offline marketing strategies that worked for me.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
